Element Inc., a Cincinnati-based e-learning firm. With over 11 years of experience in the e-learning market, The
Human Element has been a pioneer in the e-learning industry and has delivered
solutions to over 150 clients on over 350 unique projects. This client base includes
numerous industry-leading Fortune 500 companies.
TiER 1, as a human performance solutions firm,
helps companies design processes, content and technologies that enhance
employee performance. TiER 1 provides
services and products in the areas of learning and performance, communication
and change management, and internal knowledge management. The acquisition of The Human Element further
expands and enhances TiER 1’s web-based learning delivery capabilities.
