Lloyd R. Fields is a senior-level executive with a successful history in managing and growing operations for software and services companies selling into diverse domestic/international markets. Lloyd comes to TiER1 Performance from DigiLore Inc., a profitable technology company providing enterprise learning solutions, where he served as President & CEO.

Previously he was President & CEO Maxim I/T, Inc. During his tenure at Maxim I/T, a venture funded content search and aggregation software provider; he created a scalable business model for the organization and redirected its focus from R&D to sales & marketing leading to a strategic acquisition of the company.

Lloyd was the President of OneHarbour, a software startup. Before OneHarbour he was with SDRC, a design automation and product data management software provider, holding various business development executive positions. He finished his tenure with SDRC as Director of Asia Pacific where he directed aggressive revenue growth and infrastructure development.

He also worked at International TechneGroup Inc. where he was Vice President, Detroit Operations. His prior experiences include a variety of engineering roles at Applicon, Inc. and the General Electric Company.

Lloyd holds an MS in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the Ohio State University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University.
