Greg Harmeyer,

Greg Harmeyer is
the Chief Executive Officer for TiER 1. Greg
has held several management positions with widely-recognized
technology and services companies. Most recently,
Greg was responsible for strategy and business
development for Teradata's financial management
data warehousing solutions.
Prior to Teradata, Greg was an early member
of the management team for AFKelly and Associates,
an e-Learning and technology services firm founded
in 1998. While at AFKelly, Greg was one of the
founders of the e-Learning business division.
In addition to managing solutions for numerous
e-Learning clients, including Turner Construction,
Marconi Communications, Provident Bank, and
OfCourse, Greg had a variety of operational
responsibilities that included solution development,
methodology development, engagement management,
quality assurance, and project management. In
addition to his work with the e-Learning division,
Greg participated in overall corporate development
and strategic planning for AFKelly.
Before joining AFKelly, Greg was a solution
manager for Accenture's Enterprise Business
Solutions group.
As an engagement manager for several Fortune
1000 customers, Greg led the architectural
design, management, and
service delivery for many large ERP implementations.
While at Accenture, Greg developed a joint
outsourcing
offering with Hewlett Packard and had global
responsibility for Accenture's Operations Readiness
Review service
offering, which provided quality assurance
reviews for many of Accenture's largest clients.
Greg
also spent
one year in Accenture's European practice where
he helped start Solution Centers in Frankfurt,
Amsterdam,
and Paris. Some of the many clients Greg worked
with at Accenture included Halliburton, Eveready,
Volkswagen, Shell, British American Tobacco,
and Lyondell-Citgo.
Greg received his MBA with distinction from
the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern
University, where
he graduated with a 4.0 GPA in Strategy and
Finance. He received his B.S., summa cum laude,
in MIS and
Economics from the University of Dayton. Greg
is a member of Cincinnati State Technical and Community College IT advisory committee, Elder High School's Principal's Board of Advisors, a co-founder and board member of
Empowering Others International, and is
on the Board of
Trustees for The Entrepreneur's Center, an
incubator based in Dayton, OH.
