David Stetson serves as legal counsel for TiER 1. He most recently served as General Counsel and Secretary for AF Kelly & Associates, Inc. since July 2000. From 1997 to 2000 Mr. Stetson was General Counsel and Secretary for American Resources Offshore, Inc., an oil and gas exploration and production company. Prior to 1997, Mr. Stetson was in the private practice of law.

Mr. Stetson received a BS in Business from Murray State University and a JD from the University of Louisville Law School.
